3. Promotion is valid for limited redemptions for the respective campaign periods.

4. Offer is valid for all Singapore-issued Citi Credit Cards and is not transferable.

5. Cashback is redeemable with payment made using a Citi Credit Card upon checkout. Only direct Citibank Credit Card checkouts qualify. Other checkout methods (Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Grab Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout etc) using Citibank Credit Cards are not eligible for this promotion.

6. Qpoint used and Shipping fee will not be counted in minimum spend amount.

12. Cashback will not be given for refunded transactions.

13. Qoo10 Singapore and Citibank Singapore Ltd reserve the rights to claw back S$8 from the customer if refund is made from the transaction(s) at any time.

14. Cashbacks are applicable for single use only and not exchangeable for cash. The cashbacks can be stacked with Qoo10 coupons and other shop coupons that are being offered by individual shop sellers.

5. Promotion is valid for limited redemptions from 19 July to 18 September 2021 (fully redeemed), 1 August to 30 September 2021 (fully redeemed), 23 August to 22 October 2021 (fully redeemed), 1 September to 31 October 2021, 27 September to 26 November 2021 respectively.

6. Promotion is valid for one time redemption and usage per Citi Cardmember in a single cart purchase, and payment made using with a Singapore-issued Citi Credit Card or Citibank Ready Credit Card.

7. Promotion is not valid with Qoo10 or Qcoin Gift Card purchase.

8. Limited to 1 redemption per Citi Cardmember per Campaign only.
